Our Policy
Massage Services Policy
Thank you for choosing our massage services! To ensure a seamless experience for both clients and therapists, please review the following policies:
1. Booking & Deposits:
• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all individual massage sessions at the time of booking.
• For package bookings, a $125 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your session or package.
2. Payment & Cancellation:
• The remaining balance for your service is due at the time of your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable, but appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without forfeiting the deposit.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
3. No-Show Policy:
• In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited, and any future appointments will require a new deposit.
4. Late Arrivals:
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment. The full session fee will still apply.
